River's Edge GIS, LLC. was founded January, 2003 with the specific goals of providing GIS solutions that fit the need and budget of local governements.
The approach used by River's Edge is both innovative and efficient. We focus on the needs of the client and offer solutions that are the best fit for the expected users . The end product will be an easy to use application that meets the budgetery constraints of the organization.
The cutting edge of technology is not always the best place to be. Often new technologies require additional training expenses, unneeded functionality, and most importantly, expensive licensing aggreements. In many cases this increase of overhead is more than a local government or other agency can afford.

River's Edge is a small company made up of one Principal, one Technician, and currently one part-time GIS Technician.
Projects range from stand-alone applications, mapping projects, data conversion projects, and web based applications.
